Sitting in bumper-to-bumper traffic on your way to work or back home is probably one of the biggest downsides of living in the Mother City. The congestion is a pain. But, it also gives you a chance to look around at the interesting types of drivers as you make your way to your destination.
1. Mr or Mrs Got to Go Fast
There’s always that one driver who simply has to speed past everyone else, darting and dodging between cars – it’s all about their need for speed. And after all that, they end up at the same traffic light or stop sign as everyone else.
2. The Learner
Marked with a big red L, the learner driver has no idea where they are going, or why. In a constant state of panic, they are usually accompanied by an unprepared teacher or parent. You can easily spot the learner driver by their multiple stalls or the frantic screams coming from their vehicle. But seriously guys, why do you go out at peak times?
3. Going Nowhere Slowly
On the way to nowhere with their music blasting and their vape clouds bellowing out the window. Seemingly unbothered by the never ending rows of cars added time to their journey.
Singing, “Kiki do you love me? Are you riding? Say you’ll never ever leave from beside me.”
4. The Old Timer
Look too quickly and it might seem as though the car is driving itself. Nothing they do is fast and the same goes for their driving. A simple turn of a corner may take half an hour and a stop at a robot or stop street brings about an unnecessarily lengthly re-start.
5. The Road Rager
Everything anyone does on the drive home is a excuse to release an inner rage that has been held inside to fester the whole day; in anticipation for this very moment. Most likely to cause an accident and then get out of their car and blame the person they crashed into.
