The Sanlam CT Marathon is a raging success, year in and year out. This year, the 2016 Sanlam CT Marathon took place on 18 September 2016. Here’s a list of the Peace Run winners, which has become a popular race with over 10 000 participants:
Men’s 10km Peace Run:
Men’s 10km race winner: Mamakoe Nkhasi who covered the distance in 00:28:28.
Men’s 10km race runner up: Sibusiso Nzima who came in second at 00:28:42.
Men’s 10km race third position: Sibabalwe Jongolo who managed to complete the race in 00:29:02.
Women’s 10km Peace Run:
Women’s 10km race winner: Helaia Johannes who covered the distance in 00:32:44.
Women’s 10km race runner up: Lebo Phalula who came in second at 00:33:25.
Women’s 10km race third position: Alina Armas who completed the race in 00:34:15.
