Born in Port Elizabeth, Davids had no prior vocal training before she started singing professionally at the young age of 14. Her greatest influence throughout her musical journey was Whitney Houston, and she executes her tribute performances effortlessly with a four-octave vocal range. Belinda Davids won the hearts of thousands when she appeared on BBC TV’s musical contest Even Better Than The Real Thing in 2017.

“I feel honoured to have had my life’s work and my craft recognised, especially here in the UK. As an artist, there’s nothing more rewarding than knowing that you affect people, that you make a difference in people’s lives, in whatever way that is,” Belinda said.

The Greatest Love of All: A Tribute to Whitney Houston will be making its way back to South Africa where Davids will be performing at the Artscape Opera House in Cape Town on November 20 till December 1 to blow audiences away with her raw talent.
