Acrobranch invites kids of all ages to overcome fears while darting through the air with a unique treetop obstacle adventure in a beautiful forest.
There are five branches of Acrobranch in the country. You’ll find the Cape Town wing in the lush, green Constantia Nek Forest.
Obstacles at the park include a variety of ropes and crossings with ladders, tunnels, walkways, bridges and zip lines that allow one to swing through trees, dangle from branches and balance in the air. The smaller kids activities are clearly marked ‘Acrobranch Kids’ so you can be sure to propose a fair challenge.
European standards set the benchmark for the design and construction of all equipment, and industry experts have given the park the thumbs-up for safety. Acrobranch imports their safety gear directly from Europe.
Experienced guides will brief the kids before they make like Tarzan and go swinging in the trees. Staff will choose the correct size harness and make sure that it fits your child properly, and is hooked into secure lines throughout the course. Adults will supervise at all times, but also encourage kids to go at their own pace.
The park offers three aerial courses filled with action-packed obstacles ranging in difficulty:
The Acro-twigs yellow course combines nine different obstacles, along with two zip lines and swinging bridges. It’s ideal for kids aged three to six years.
The Tree Hugger green and the yellow course includes 22 action-packed obstacles that will push the limits for those over the age of seven.
The Swinging Tarzan blue and green course covers 32 obstacles which will provide an exhilarating challenge for teens or anyone over the height of 1.4m.
Sign up for a course and enjoy two hours of fun in nature. Acrobranch also caters for birthday parties.
Let your kids step out of their comfort zone; they will be chattering about their adventure in the treetops well into the future.
