There’s only a short while left to go before ‘Disney On Ice’ once again makes an appearance in our home city! Feld Entertainment Inc and pioneering local promoter, Showtime Management, will host a staging of ‘The Wonderful World of Disney On Ice!’ – families are welcome to savour the magnetism, energy and humour as a sensational lineup of Disney tales come to life.
Key figures from Disney Pixar’s ‘Finding Dory’, including Dory, Nemo and Marlin, will grace the ice rink. They’ll be accompanied by the ever popular Elsa, Anna and snowman Olaf, from Disney’s ‘Frozen’. To add a dose of fairytale splendour, princesses Rapunzel and Snow White will work their magic. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Disney spectacle without the much-loved icons Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald and Goofy stealing the show. They’ll be sharing the spotlight with the rest of the animated family of characters.
Delighting in this wondrous showcase of Disney entertainment would be the ideal way to spend a family excursion in the school holidays. Snuggle up in your cosiest jacket to stay warm and pack in small cushions for the little ones to put on their chairs. Remember that car seats are not allowed in the arena and safety rules require that everyone, young and old, have a paid-for ticket. For babies being held in their parents’ arms or sitting on their laps, a special ticket called a ‘Babes in arms ticket’, can be bought.
