There’s a host of awesome coffee shops to hit up in and around Cape Town. We’ve already recommended 10 of them over here. But, given the love so many Capetonians have for a good caffeine buzz, we’re sure some of you are still on the hunt for the café that’s, in the words of Goldilocks, ‘just right’. So, here are four more spots to visit whenever you’re in the mood for a good cup of Joe.

1 Dapper Coffee Co.

Cars and coffee can easily make for a classy pairing, as proven by Dapper Coffee Co. Based within Club 9, a car dealership that specialises in vintage and luxury cars, it has the ambience of a ’60s flick. Sip on some amazing coffee while casting your gaze on the vehicles from a bygone era that are on display.

2 Deluxe Coffeeworks

With its main outlet based in the central suburb of Gardens and four more coffee shops dotted around the Cape, Deluxe Coffeeworks is a reliable go-to for your daily fix. But it’s unconventional take on the modern-day coffee experience is perhaps its main selling point. You’ll find no WiFi when you’re at one of its stores; just great coffee, awesome music and a chance to socialise.

You could go into Origin feeling like a newbie when it comes to coffee, but we’d be surprised if you left without some knowledge of, and appreciation for, the drink. With a passionate team of baristas, a selection of several international coffees and barista courses for those interested in taking up the trade or honing their own skills, Origin assures an expert coffee experience.
