Established in 1999, this family-owned brand built its stellar reputation in the heart of Sandton and, with its mouthwatering food and distinctive decor, quickly branched out to five more Johannesburg locations, each with its own unique twist.
Now, LIFE Grand Café is opening its doors in a heritage building on the water’s edge of the V&A Waterfront, most recently the home of the Hildebrand and Alba Lounge. The site has stunning views across the harbour as well as to Table Mountain, Lion’s Head and Signal Hill, and diners can expect creative menus featuring Mediterranean-style cuisine made with fresh, local produce. The highlight of the first LIFE Grand in Cape Town? A seafood bar and private rooms on the second floor.
