One activity springs to mind as a great way to do this – Brunch. Harvey’s at Winchester Mansions hosts a popular Jazz brunch that is the perfect was to round up your week.
Situated in Sea Point, Winchester Mansions has an interesting history that dates back to the 1800s. The hotel is a picturesque mixture of sophistication and comfort. Harvey’s restaurant is a great meeting place for hotel guests and visitors alike, and on Sundays it transforms into the perfect brunch spot.
After a well needed lie in, you can had to Harvey’s to enjoy some delicious food and wonderful live music. From 11 am renown local and international jazz artists take the stage at the restaurants picturesque courtyard. They set the mood with smooth music that is the perfect accompaniment to your delicious meal.

What’s brunch without food? Harvey’s offers a wonderful buffet style spread that will satisfy whatever craving you have. If you had an especially exciting week and did not manage to make it to brunch, don’t worry. You can enjoy a relaxed high tea on Saturdays and sleep in on Sunday.
From 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm you can indulge in yummy treats with a lovely high tea. There will cake tiers clustered with savoury and sweet offerings. There is a selection of fine imported teas you can enjoy to live ambient jazz music. Weekend at Harvey’s are a real treat for the whole family.
